I recommend a follow up consultation every 3/4 months this costs £66 ( 1 hour).

Many clients appreciate an update on their progress and have a ½ hour appointment every 4-6 weeks, this just assures them that improvements or changes are benefiting them - ( ½ hour £33.00)
